Refund & Cancellation Policy

CorpFy AI ™ — Effective: 1 January 2026 | Governed by Laws of India

1. Subscription & Payments

  • Our Services are offered on a subscription basis and/or one-time payment plans as described on our pricing page.
  • All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate (currently 18%) will be levied on all platform fees and will be reflected in your invoice. GST is non-refundable once remitted to the government.
  • Government statutory charges (e.g., MCA filing fees, trademark application fees, tax filing fees) are pass-through costs and are your responsibility separately from platform fees.
  • CorpFy AI ™ reserves the right to revise pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice.

2. Currency & Exchange Rates

All transactions on CorpFy AI ™ are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR). We do not accept foreign currency payments directly. If you use an international payment card, your card issuer may apply currency conversion fees for which CorpFy AI ™ is not responsible. Refunds will be processed in INR to the original payment method and are subject to the exchange rate applicable at the time of refund processing.

3. Cancellation Policy

User-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by: (a) accessing your account settings and selecting 'Cancel Subscription'; or (b) writing to support@corpfy.in with your registered email address and account details, at least 5 business days before your next billing cycle.

Effect of Cancellation

  • Access to Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle for which payment has been made.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation is confirmed in writing by CorpFy AI ™.
  • Data export: You may request an export of your data within 30 days of cancellation. After this period, data will be subject to our retention and deletion policy.

Company-Initiated Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of our Terms of Service, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Policy

Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available for annual or multi-month subscription plans if cancellation is requested in writing within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • No refunds are provided for monthly subscription plans or for any partial usage of Services within a billing period.
  • Refund requests must be submitted to support@corpfy.in with your account details, invoice number, and reason for the request.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Government fees, statutory filing charges, and third-party costs (e.g., MCA filing fees, trademark application fees, GST registration fees, tax filing charges) are non-refundable once initiated or submitted to the relevant authority.
  • Customized legal, tax, HR, or advisory services that have been delivered or materially commenced are non-refundable.
  • GST charged on platform fees is non-refundable once remitted to the government, as per GST law.
  • Fees for one-time services (e.g., company incorporation, trademark filing) are non-refundable once the service workflow has been initiated.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • CorpFy AI ™ will send a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Actual credit to your account may take an additional 5-7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

If you believe an incorrect charge has been applied to your account, you are encouraged to first contact us at support@corpfy.in before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. This allows us to resolve the matter quickly and directly.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes raised without prior communication with CorpFy AI ™ may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
  • If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified, CorpFy AI ™ reserves the right to recover the disputed amount along with any associated fees and to pursue remedies available under applicable law.
  • All payment disputes must be raised within 60 days of the original transaction date.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at CorpFy AI ™'s sole discretion in the event of:

  • Proven technical issues on CorpFy AI ™'s platform that prevented access to Services for an extended period (more than 48 consecutive hours) despite reasonable attempts to resolve.
  • Duplicate payments due to billing errors attributable to CorpFy AI ™.
  • Regulatory requirements mandating reversal of charges.

To apply for an exceptional refund, email support@corpfy.in with supporting documentation. We will respond within 10 business days.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Our Services are designed to assist with compliance, legal, tax, and operational support. However, CorpFy AI ™ does not guarantee specific business outcomes, regulatory approvals, investor introductions, or funding outcomes. Refunds will not be granted on the basis of unmet expectations that fall outside the scope of Services as described at the time of purchase.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable mandatory law in India. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the relevant State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
